On April 16, 2021, the China Light Industry Federation organized experts to hold a technical appraisal meeting in Foshan City, Guangdong Province, to evaluate the "2nd generation micro-engraved super wear-resistant diamond glaze technology" and "close joint pattern" of Foshan Dajiaolu Marble Tile Co., Ltd. Two technologies, "Super wear-resistant diamond glaze paving production technology", were evaluated for scientific and technological achievements. Experts agreed that: "The second generation micro-carving super wear-resistant diamond glaze technology" has reached the international leading level, and "Dense seam-connected super wear-resistant diamond glaze paving technology" has reached the international leading level. The production technology has reached the international advanced level.
The appraisal committee consists of Bao Yiwang, a professor-level senior engineer from the China Building Materials Research Institute, Wu Jianqing, a professor from South China University of Technology, Zhang Boqing, a professor from the Ceramics Branch of the Chinese Ceramic Society, Gu Xingyong, a professor from Jingdezhen Ceramics University, and the Technical Center of Foshan Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau/ Liu Yamin, senior engineer of the National Key Laboratory of Building and Sanitary Ceramics Testing, Qiao Fudong, senior engineer of Foshan Ceramics Research Institute, Yuan Yong, professor-level senior engineer of China Light Industry Ceramics Research Institute, Fan Ruixin, deputy secretary-general/senior engineer of China Ceramics Industry Association, China Light Industry Federation General Nine experts including Li Yongzhi from the Science and Technology and Green Development Division of the Business Department, and Dr. Kuang Xuecheng from the Dajiaolu New Materials Research Institute and other project team members participated in the report.

Experts attending the meeting reviewed the identification materials on site, listened to relevant reports from the units that completed the project, and inspected the production and development process of Big Horn Deer Ceramics Waiting for the appraisal process, the scientific and technological achievements of Big Horn Deer were finally reviewed and approved. The expert group unanimously believed that Dajiulu’s “second-generation micro-engraved super-wear-resistant diamond glaze technology” has reached the international leading level; “close-stitched super-wear-resistant diamond glaze pavingThe comprehensive technology of the "sticky production technology" project has reached the international advanced level.
Dajiulu's "2nd generation micro-engraved super wear-resistant diamond glaze technology" has also made outstanding contributions to the ceramic tile industry. It is understood that Bighorn Deer achieves a micro-engraving concave effect of 0.08~0.16mm by superimposing layers of printing on stencils of different apertures and strictly controlling the density and depth of micro-engraving lines (below 0.08mm, the micro-engraving effect is not obvious; Higher than 0.16mm, it is easy to harbor dirt). The number of micro-carvings per square meter is precisely controlled between 50,000 and 75,000, so that the wear resistance reaches more than 6,000 revolutions and the anti-slip degree reaches A level.
On-site experts said that the breakthrough of Dajiulu's "micro-carved super wear-resistant diamond glaze technology" has greatly improved the wear resistance, anti-slip and decorative properties of ceramic tiles. It has indeed hit the pain points of consumers and focused on practicality. The technology of this project is very meaningful. .

In addition, in the project of "Dense Seam Joint Pattern Super Wear-Resistant Diamond Glaze Paving Production Technology", Dajiaolu conducted in-depth research on infinite seam pattern technology, dense seam paving technology and super wear-resistant technology. Adopting optimized raw material technology, molding technology and kiln firing technology; developed super wear-resistant diamond frit glaze, and simultaneously used "inkjet + screen N-layer superposition" printing technology, "close seam paving" technology, etc. After the ceramic tiles are laid, "tight seams", "continuous patterns" and "super wear-resistant" can be achieved in one go, which greatly improves the spatial decoration effect of the ceramic tiles. The successful appraisal of scientific and technological achievements once again shows the industry's recognition and affirmation of Bighorn Ceramic Tiles's innovative technology. At the same time, it also shows that China's ceramic tile technology has reached the world's leading level.
It is understood that Bighorn Deer's dense-seam continuous paving technology has now achieved a paving and decorative effect with a dense-seam paving gap of less than 0.5 mm.
