On April 16, 2021, the China Light Industry Federation organized experts to hold a technical appraisal meeting in Foshan City, Guangdong Province, to evaluate the "2nd generation micro-engraved super wear-resistant diamond glaze technology" and "close joint pattern" of Foshan Dajiaolu Marble Tile Co., Ltd. Two technologies, "Super wear-resistant diamond glaze paving production technology", were evaluated for scientific and technological achievements. Experts agreed that: "The second generation micro-carving super wear-resistant diamond glaze technology" has reached the international leading level, and "Dense seam-connected super wear-resistant diamond glaze paving technology" has reached the international leading level. Experts attending the meeting reviewed the identification materials on site, listened to relevant reports from the units that completed the project, and inspected the production and development process of Big Horn Deer Ceramics Waiting for the appraisal process, the scientific and technological achievements of Big Horn Deer were finally reviewed and approved. Adopting optimized raw material technology, molding technology and kiln firing technology; developed super wear-resistant diamond frit glaze, and simultaneously used "inkjet + screen N-layer superposition" printing technology, "close seam paving" technology, etc. After the ceramic tiles are laid, "tight seams", "continuous patterns" and "super wear-resistant" can be achieved in one go, which greatly improves the spatial decoration effect of the ceramic tiles.
