Home is a space that needs flexibility to allow its residents to live more comfortably. Home is not only a warehouse where home furnishings are piled, but also a container of emotions, memories and laughter. Home determines your life; but design is the soul of decoration, so how to choose a designer is particularly important in decoration.
11 years of professional interior design experience have made designer Hu Xing’s pursuit of details surpass ordinary people, and his thinking about life and design is meticulous and keen. And his meticulousness is reflected in every one of his works.

The project is located in Longquanyi District, Chengdu, with a family of five and three generations living under one roof. Considering the practicality of the space, it can provide different living space experiences after moving in. The designer's original intention is to maximize the use of space, so that the relationship between family members will not be alienated by the irrationality of the space, and the space will be full of human touch.

The house is a small high-rise bungalow located on the top floor. It is not possible to go up to the second floor at first. Only the living room on the first floor is a high-ceiling space, and the entire roof has a pitched roof and beam structure. Through space simulation, the designer opened the wall with the high ceiling of the living room on the first floor to introduce light; the spatial layout was re-divided to connect the public area on the first floor with the second floor, so that the spaces are related to each other; on the second floor Add fresh air equipment to solve the original problem of poor ventilation.

From the layout of the space to the matching of soft furnishings, the designer hopes to introduce the most simple and natural design. Starting from the small space at the entrance to the guest dining room, tea room, and activity space on the second floor, it is like a winding path leading to a quiet place, giving people surprises layer by layer.

The living space for the three generations has separate areas, as well as areas where everyone can chat, drink tea, and practice piano together; in the work area of the master bedroom, you can see children practicing in the activity room opposite the second floor , you can also see the parents watching TV in the living room downstairs; the children see their father working in the activity room, or the elders drinking tea and chatting in the tea room. Each space is interconnected. This state of life is the most natural, authentic, leisurely, and unforgettable living space. The family can live happily here without dust and distractions. The quiet room is filled with comfort, leisure, and freedom.

People are pursuing a leisurely and peaceful life. However, all kinds of complexity, impetuousness, instability, interests, etc. in society are always around you. How to let yourself have a leisurely, natural, and unrestrained life depends on your attitude towards life. The designer's responsibility is to provide them with a residence where they can have an ideal life. Undoubtedly, designer Hu Xing has done this.
