1. Colloidal method: Add silica sol to the product solution to prepare a colloidal solution. It is formed by blowing and drawing methods, and then sintered into fibers after drying.
 2. Dip method: First soak the viscose thread or the entire fabric in a zirconium hydroxide solution for a long time to swell the viscose fiber, and then pyrolyze and calcine it to obtain Zirconia fiber with certain tensile strength
3. Extrusion method: The sol or zirconium oxide particles and thickener are made into a blank, using hydraulic pressure or a spiral reamer. The propelling action extrudes the blank from the machine mouth and turns it into filaments, which are then sintered and solidified into fibers. The fibers produced by this method are thicker and the strength of the fibers is also lower.
4. Zirconium oxychloride pyrolysis method: zirconite and caustic soda are melted at 650°C, hot water is leached out of the melt, and the silicon is silicic acid The sodium form is separated from sodium zirconate. It is then treated with sulfuric acid to obtain a zirconium sulfate solution. After further removing impurities, ammonia is added to precipitate zirconium hydroxide.
5. Sol-gel method: Add alcohol and water to zirconium alcohol [ZrO(C3H7)4], then add the catalyst, and mix thoroughly Afterwards, it begins to decompose, and is left to gelatinize and become a viscous liquid. Select an appropriate viscosity, dry and then heat to 500~1000℃, and then fiberize and burn at high temperature to obtain the product.
 6. Hydrolysis method: Use zirconium oxide ceramic structural parts as raw materials to prepare high-purity ultra-fine zirconium dioxide by hydrolysis. Add 0.2 to 0.3 mol/L high-purity zirconium oxychloride solution to deionized water for hydrolysis, and boil the zirconium oxychloride solution for a long time to hydrolyze it. The generated hydrogen chloride is continuously evaporated and removed, and the hydrolysis reaction is carried out under boiling for more than 50 hours, then filtered, washed with deionized water, dried, calcined and pulverized to obtain the product.
7. High-temperature hydrolysis method: Spray 1mol/L high-purity solution into a decomposition furnace with a temperature of 1000°C, and the tiny zirconia The water droplets in the ceramic structural parts first evaporate and then hydrolyze to form zirconium dioxide. The decomposed zirconium dioxide is collected through a cyclone separator, and then pickled, washed, and dried to obtain the product.
